The Underwater Visible Light Communications device "IB-001D" of Marine Comms Ryukyu was introduced into the aquarium "Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan" appearance in Osaka as the first user in the world. 

In "Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan" , description by the diver who uses Underwater Visible Light Communications in front of 4th floor "Pacific Ocean" tank, and bidirectional conversational service with visitors are held twice (12:45 and 13:45) from May 11 (Fri.).
